SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding work.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process on a variety of projects, from concept development to final execution. You will work closely with the creative team and other departments to ensure that all designs are aligned with our clients' brand guidelines and meet their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and strategic thinker with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including print and digital campaigns, branding, and website design
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts that align with our clients' brand guidelines and meet their marketing objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments such as account management, production, and development to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• At least 7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably at an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in branding, print and digital campaigns, and website design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
• Leadership experience
