Job Description

·        Responsible for sales target

·        Training employee and development team (if any)

·        Building and maintaining long-term customer relations 

·        Conducting in-depth research and identifying potential clients and sales areas 

·        Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and concerns and offering marketing solutions to their problems

·        Work closely with planning and creative to produce optimal solutions to client’s needs during pitching stage.

·        Advising clients on their purchasing decisions 

Required skills and experience:

·        3 years+ of work experience as an Advertising Sales 

·        Familiar with the marketing agency environment

·        Have a detailed understanding of marketing solutions 

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 
• Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well
