The full East Asia jury is announced along with the early bird deadline until Friday, March 8th.

 

The Gerety Awards are open to all advertising agencies, advertisers, studios and production companies worldwide. Both national and international campaigns may compete. Entries submitted must be broadcast, published or released in a commercial environment with client approval between January 1st, 2023 and the closing date.


 

JUDGING CRITERIA: Originality of the creative ideas and the quality of their executions.

 

The East Asia jury is led by Melinda Po, CEO, IPG Mediabrands Greater China.


On announcing the jury Melinda said: “I am extremely privileged to have been chosen as the East Asia region Ambassador and Jury President for the Gerety Awards 2024. This prestigious event is renowned for its commitment to celebrating diversity, inclusion, and women empowerment. As a proud member of the IPG Mediabrands Greater China network, where an impressive 73% of our leadership members are women, I am honored to represent our organization on this platform.


In a world that is constantly evolving, change is the only constant. However, instead of fearing change, we should embrace it wholeheartedly. Advertising, in my opinion, plays a pivotal role in driving and shaping change. It is one of the most progressive forces that has the power to redefine and transform our society.

More than 200 judges from 47 countries will join the 2024 Gerety Awards, with in person jury sessions held in 15 locations. As well as defining the shortlist the executive jury sessions each select the agency and production company of the year from their country. This is chosen from the entrants of the Portfolio Cut.
