As the case may be, email is one of the must-have items in Offices. Even though starting using email for years, I have just come up with some of the tips below lately.


Email Labels


When I first started my Trainee Period at PMAX Vietnam, I didn’t know how to organize my bunches of daily emails from clients, vendors, internal teams (most often from Accountant 😭😭😭), etc. Then I found my savior-email labels-which then helped me turn my 1,000 emails in my inbox (slight exaggeration🙄) into those 1,000 emails “with labels” & then finally 1 left.

How did I do it?

From now on, every time you receive a new email, right-click & find the “Label as” function, choose the Label for your email should it be already created. Otherwise, you can create some new labels or manage all labels by clicking the rectangles 3 & 4 below.

*You can also manage labels in the email setting


Then, after the email is labeled, just hold the left-click button & move them into the right label in the left column. 

Finally, when you receive new emails under the same types as the labeled ones, just move them to the same label & clean your Inbox.

Schedule Send


Have you ever freaked out as you sent the emails & find out it’s wrong written, lack of attachment or receivers? If you find that one familiar, then this tip is for you.

Previously, I just used the “30-second send cancellation” to double-check my emails within that half-minute, however, there are such long emails that 30 seconds wouldn’t be enough. 



Then, I figured out the Schedule Send, which could help you to schedule your emails to be sent whenever you want. 

After finish writing your email & take time checking it, click the triangle next to Send button. Then, choose the time set or Pick the date and time manually. Now, your will have more time than my “half-minute” check & can give a glance at your email preview 😜.

Customize your Signature


Another quick tip is to make your own interesting email signature that links the receivers to your media profile & enlarges your network. 

You can choose different signature creation tools as https://www.mail-signatures.com/https://mysignature.io/ or make your own signature on Google Docs & paste them in the email signature setting. Remember to make sure the link to your profile in the icons works properly so that you can link your receivers to your social media.
