ME Group appointed Mr. David - former Managing Director of Insights Division - Kantar Viet Nam as Group CEO

Recently, ME Group has appointed Mr. David Anjoubault as Group CEO. Prior to this role, Mr. David Anjoubault was the former Managing Director of Kantar’s Insights division and the former General Manager of Kantar’s Worldpanel division in Vietnam. He has more than 20 years of working experience at agency side in the marketing industry and is an expert in consumer and market insights.

David will work jointly with Mr. Tony Nguyen, Ms. Phuong Tran, Ms. Lien Dang and Mr. Yann Williot as members of the Board of Directors to set and execute the organization's long-term strategies. This includes the expansion of new offices in other Asian markets as well as the completion of the acquisition of 229 Production – Vietnam’s leading photography production house in the first quarter of 2023.

ME Group was established in early 2020 with May Production (and its sister company 18 Studios) and Echo as first network members, aiming to become a leading collaborative content production hub and media powerhouse, raising Vietnam as a regional hub for the advertising production industry. After the establishment, ME Group has continuously expanded its scale, developed its team and diversified its content production solutions to better serve advertisers’ needs. The first step was the launch of Ginger Shots - the first full in-house TableTop studio in Vietnam in quarter 1 of 2020. ME Group also started to develop a new social mobile application called YAM – Vietnam’s first subscription based content creation platform with its soft launch in early 2022.

As of today, ME Group includes 5 company members: May Production, Echo, 18 Studios, Ginger Shots and YAM. With the advantage of expertise and many years of solid experience in the industry as well as a wide network of regional and global connections. ME Group brings optimal content production solutions to advertisers, supporting them to communicate meaningful stories and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns across different fields and industries.
